Summer Food: BLT Salad with Grilled Chicken

We are loving this BLT salad recipe from Mealime. It's super fresh-- gotta load up on these veggies while they're in season and use the grill as much as possible.  

Today (writing Tuesday night) was the first day of school with lots of schedule change requests and non-stop action! I always forget how intense the beginning of the school year is. Today, I am grateful for my mom who made this yummy, yummy meal for us.
